All of our items are custom-made and personalized, which means returns or exchanges are not accepted once the order is created.
Please make sure all spelling, dates, and details are correct before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 3 days of delivery — we’ll be more than happy to resolve the issue promptly. 

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase only.
After this time, production begins and your order cannot be canceled.

Turned out even better than I had hoped!! Such a beautiful gift I ordered for my future sister in law. She said it made her cry. It's such a special way to display your wedding dress for photos while getting ready. I think adding the date really makes it a great keepsake, too. The packaging was very secure! Great gift!
